Congress’ move is towards protecting vote
Today, I participated in a voter list Special Intensive Revision (SIR) training workshop organized for booth-level agents of the Surathkal and Gurupura Blocks of the Mangaluru City North Assembly Constituency.
Former minister Shri B. Ramanath Rai and KPCC General Secretary Shri Padmaraj R. Poojary were present at the programme. They guided more than 250 booth-level agents who took part in the training on how to work effectively at the organizational level.
The programme was attended by Gurupura Block Congress President Shri B. L. Padmanabha, Surathkal Block Congress President Shri Purushotham Chitrapura, Surathkal Block Youth Congress President Shri Rupesh Rai, former mayor Shri Shashidhar Hegde, District Youth Congress Working President Shri Girish Alva, former Zilla Panchayat member Shri Melvin D’Souza, former Zilla Panchayat member Shri U. P. Ibrahim, and Chairperson of the Karnataka State Cashew Development Corporation and in-charge of the Mangaluru North constituency, Smt. Mamatha D. S. Gatti.

ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಡೆ ಮತ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಕಡೆ
ಇಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಉತ್ತರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಗುರುಪುರ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ನ ಬೂತ್ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಏಜೆಂಟರುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ವಿಶೇಷ ತೀವ್ರ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ (Special intensive Revision) ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದೆ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ. ರಮಾನಾಥ ರೈ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪದ್ಮರಾಜ್ ಆರ್. ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಅವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು, ತರಬೇತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ 250ಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಬೂತ್ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಏಜೆಂಟರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಘಟನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯುಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುಪುರ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ.ಎಲ್.ಪದ್ಮನಾಭ, ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪುರುಷೋತ್ತಮ ಚಿತ್ರಾಪುರ, ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಯುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ರೂಪೇಶ್ ರೈ, ಮಾಜಿ ಮೇಯರ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಶಿಧರ್ ಹೆಗಡೆ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಯುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಗಿರೀಶ್ ಆಳ್ವ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೆಲ್ವಿನ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಯುಪಿ ಇಬ್ರಾಹಿಂ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಗೇರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಉತ್ತರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಮತಾ ಡಿ ಎಸ್ ಗಟ್ಟಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.
