Mr. Mohammed U.B. was Born on 11th May, 1980 to parents Abdul Khader U.B. and Aminamma at Ullal. He completed Primary Education at govt school melangady and Holy Angels school at Thokkottu, He admitted 8th std to St. Sebastian High school at thokkottu he got failed in 8th std, then he joined Al Madeena Boarding School At Majanady for 8th Std he Dropped Out Of High School. Later he Started Working As a coolie worker In Fish Market Dhekke, Central Market, Bunder Mangalore Etc . After a While, He Started a Fish Business but failed to continue It due to business loss. Then he started Cold Drinks Supply work , after shutting up that work , he decided to do Painting work.
Mr. Mohammed U.B. had a strong mentality. His Never Give up Attitude Helped Him Get over all the Insecurities In His life. He is a kind and Humble man. He wanted to work for the Country.
So he decided to Indulge himself Into Social Activities and started The Boys Service Forum. The forum conducted several activities such as Medical Camp, Social Awareness Seminars Etc. In 2005 he was introduced to The Concept Of Dropout School. Proposed by the Talent Research Foundation. He moved towards the idea and decided to implement it. Finally after a lot of hard work and effort, He built a team and established a Drop out School named ASARE Education Foundation. He was the Founder, Teacher and a Student of the Institution. ‘Three Role at a Time’ He Awarded with Felicitation at that time. He completed his SSLC and pursued his Pre-university Education. He then decided to join the Talent Research Foundation (TRF) as a full time employee. While working in TRF, He started his correspondent degree studies but decided to drop it due to His busy schedule. He Introduced the drop out school concept to the state level Sectors and was successful in Establishing drop out schools all over Karnataka by the year 2008, Karnataka had nearly 68 drop out schools. Implementation of the drop out school project was never easy. It took a lot of time, patience and effort to implement the project. Then he stopped full time work for TRF
Presently Mr. Mohammed U.B. is the Project Coordinator of TRF. Later on, he started working as a mediator in the cloth tailoring business after he dropped Tailoring business.
He was choised in The Field of Real Estate Sector. He purchased land from his Brother in law but was not able to pay for the land. He started his business with a capital of 4000-5000 rupees. He started a Marketing and Sales business and gathered few investors. In the year of 2011 He launched a Building Consisting of 5 units at Kallapu, Mangalore and named it as SULTHAN VIEW. It was a successful plan and gained him huge profit
Later in the year 2013, he launched his new building named SULTHAN PLANET consisting of 7 units at Farangipete. In the Year Of 2015, Again launched Sultan View 1 (2015) with 16 Unit and he occured loss in it, Later he changed marketing strategy to Sultan View 2 in the year of 2017 with 45 flats project at kallapu Mangalore and got success in it, Mr. Mohammed U.B launched luxury WATERFRONT Apartment ( Sulthan View 3-4-5-6) Adyar-Arkula-Mangalore. and his upcoming project Sulthan View 7 At Patla, Kallapu, And Sulthan view 8 At Masthikatte, ullal , Sulthan view 9 At Jalal bagh, Derlakatte, Sulthan Square At Pakkaladka, kankanady.
Social contributions
Mr. Mohammed U.B. serves as the wise president of ‘Youth Against Dowry’. He is also the former secretary of ‘Creative Foundation’, During the days in Boys service forum, he conducted several education awareness programs, Medical camps etc. In the TALENT RESEARCH FOUNDATION, he organized the dropout campaign at state level and organized mobile technical courses. He is also the convener of ‘Nande Pengal Campaign ’. He also organized a program named ‘UMMAKAITH ORU NAAL’ (A Day with Mother), ‘ABBAROTTUGU ORU NAAL’ ( A Day With Father) And Many Other Programs. Mr. MOHAMMED U.B. is the Chairman of ‘ASARE EDUCATION FOUNDATION
Thoughts and Vision
“The people of our community are very talented and skilled in various fields. He is a professional in the fields of medicine, technology, education, politics, etc.
We need a platform where all people can come together to discuss community development. There is a need for mutual support for our community. People in our community have their own vision and perspectives. When all their thoughts and vision conflicts with one another, it causes conflict and conflicts. This conflict undermines the peace and well-being of the community.
We need the perfect platform. We need to implement a proper zakat system to get rid of the poverty of our community, not to waste money on weddings and other irrelevant functions. Alhamdulillah, our community education system is good enough. But we still need quality and skill development. Most people in our community are talented but they lack the stage to perform and some people are unaware of their talent. Another key to the development of our community is trust. Prior to this, other communities believed in the Muslim community in every business that needed to be increased and strengthened.
We have to be true Muslims in business and every issue. Faith is an important factor for humans. Never break it. We must be honest and truthful throughout our lives. We need to understand the value of money. Every person strives to earn money for life. So we must respect and acknowledge the true value of money. We should not cheat and be deceived. Maintaining trust should increase business and cooperation in every issue
